History: This 1880s Bay and Gable home had been a rooming house for many years. It had greatly deteriorated.

Reason for the Award: The facade was completely restored after years of being painted and the porch was rebuilt to match the existing one (with more refined pickets) and the gingerbread detailing was restored. The third floor was extended (roof levelled off the back) and the existing first and second floor extensions were rebuilt and finished in cedar shake and board and batten siding.
