Historical Information: Built in 1889 and first owned by Nathaniel Baldwin, who also owned 483 Sackville, this property was first occupied by a 35-year old bookkeeper named Harry E. Clarry with 3 other members of his family.
Reason for Award: This semi-detached house just north of the intersection of Sackville and Wellesley was recognized for the cleaning of the brick, the gaslights, the urn and the mailbox which brought the house to the full glory of its 1890 beginning.
