The State of Heritage in Toronto

In the last year the state of Heritage in Toronto has taken a number of hits, including the lack of protection of heritage buildings, leading to the loss of a few notable structures through fire and arson and a new regime at City Hall. On our upcoming CPA Night Karen Carter, Executive Director of Heritage Toronto, will speak about where heritage in Toronto is and where it may be going.

And CPA Board member, Anne Pastuszack, who helped lead the successful fight to save Riverdale Farm, will also explain how the farm's salvation came about.

In addition, the 2011 Streetscapes in Blooms award will be presented.
